This protein-packed egg bake guarantees that I get out the door fast and that I’m satisfied for hours. It’s great because I can easily switch up the veggies and meat to make use of what I have on hand in the fridge and freezer at the time. This helps me from repeating the same exact recipe time and time again. I love a hearty meal that’s ready in minutes, so I typically find myself serving this bake with fresh fruit and/or sliced avocado.

Pancakes are a classic breakfast staple in my household, but sometimes I just don’t have the time to make them during the week. However, I’ve found this easy sheet pan pancakes recipe helps me out with this problem. I make a big batch of 24 pancakes – which only takes a total cook time of 25 minutes – and then either freeze the pancake squares or keep them in the fridge. Then, when my family and I are craving some pancakes in the morning, I just pop the pancakes in the microwave or toaster oven to warm pancake perfection!
