Can a multi cooker be used as well? Like a Fagor Lux?
Jessica Beacom says
Yes, you can use any multi-cooker with a pressure cooker feature.

Do you have salsa or pasta recipes u can use for canning?
Jessica Beacom says
Hi Diane,
We do not have any pasta sauce or salsa recipes specifically for canning. Since those items typically need to made so that they have a certain level of acidity, I’d recommend checking out the recipes at Ball Canning (https://www.freshpreserving.com). This is often where I get my recipes for canning.

I am starting the 80 day obsession beachbody workout. I am not able to do the timed meals as they recommend. However, I wanted to do the Whole 30 at the same time.
I noticed you are a crossiftter – so are intense workouts okay during the whole 30 program?
Lastly, I was wondering if you offered a meal plan program for whole 30. Thank you for your time
Stacie Hassing says
Hi! Yes you can certainly participate in intense workouts while on the Whole30. You may need to add a 4th snack or up your portions but what you eat on a Whole30 should definitely be adequate to meet you nutrition needs. If you feel hungry, increase your healthy fats with meals (avocado, coconut oil, ghee, etc.). I will say, the first week of the Whole30, your energy may be a little off so it might be best to complete 1 week of the Whole30 before jumping into the workout program.
Regarding the meal plan. We don’t currently but we have over 200 of our recipes on Real Plans, which we are affiliate of. This is an online, customizable, meal planning program. It puts together a meal plan for you based on your preferences and then gives you the recipes and grocery lists for the week. They offer a Whole30 option, too. https://realplans.com/?AFFID=258882
Hope this is helpful for you!

Do you have a recipe for corned beef
Jessica Beacom says
Hi Sheila,
We don’t – but that’s a great idea and one will add to our list to eventually work on (it’s my hubby’s favorite – he’d be pretty pleased).
