A side dish that will take an ordinary meal to extraordinary.
Warm Chipotle Lime Sweet Potato Salad is Whole30-friendly
and full of flavor.
A recipe that was created unintentionally.
This recipe was created when enjoying leftovers for dinner one night. I had reheated some Sweet Potato Hash to serve along with a piece of grilled chicken. On my plate, I doled a spoonful of Primal Kitchen’s Chipotle Lime Mayo to use as dip for the chicken. The ever so flavorful mayo met up with the Sweet Potato Hash on my plate and lo and behold, it was delicious. As a result, this scrumptious, Whole30-friendly Warm Chipotle Lime Sweet Potato Salad was born. It’s a salad with a little kick and perfect to enjoy during the colder months. And to top it off, it can be made all in one skillet!
Primal Kitchen Chipotle Lime Mayo isn’t just any mayo.
You have likely come to the conclusion that we’re pretty big fans of Primal Kitchen products. We love that the ingredients used in all of their products are of highest quality. We especially appreciate that the use of anti-inflammatory avocado oil in the mayo, dressings and vinaigrettes replaces inflammatory oils that are often found in similar products. In addition, we’re also continuously impressed with the people behind this company founded by Mark Sisson of Marks Daily Apple. They’re genuine, their passionate and they truly care.

This is my new favorite salad. I make it at least once per week and use for side with supper or lunch salad. I prefer it warmed, but either way delicious. I can’t find compliant bacon in my town so I use liquid smoke in the dressing.
MY NEW FAV SALAD!!😊
Thanks for the tip to use liquid smoke in place of the bacon if it’s not available.
This is SOO good! We veganized it with veggie bacon and vegan mayo. Definitely going to add this to my meal rotation.

I have made this two times now and it is a definite keeper. I omit the onion and garlic due to my ibs and it’s still delicious. I add a fried egg on top of mine and have it as a breakfast type meal.

Absolutely delicious! I decided to try it because I needed to use up some sweet potatoes and kale. So glad I did. We loved the flavor combination and will enjoy leftovers for a few days. Will definitely make it again.
I roasted the veggies this time for even cooking and threw them into the pan with the garlic after.
