Fall is my favorite season, and that’s largely because of all the in-season fall foods that I can get my hands on and incorporate into my dinner plans. I love ingredients like sweet potatoes, pumpkin, apples, Brussels sprouts, and other hearty veggies, not only because they make recipes so delicious and flavorful, but also because of the nutrients they provide.

And since I’m always aiming to get veggies as well as a good amount of protein at meals, I wanted to create a collection of recipes that’s just right for fall and also high in protein and veggies in order to make my fall meal planning that much easier. I’ll enjoy these high-protein fall dinner recipes throughout the season whenever I need something cozy, delicious, and good for my whole family.
