SO GOOD! The moment I saw this recipe hit my email inbox recently, I knew I had to make it…and asap! I already had leftover chopped up rotisserie chicken in the fridge waiting to be used in something; and then couple that with being pregnant in the 3rd trimester with my 3rd baby and having been pickle-obsessed the entire pregnancy so far, it was as if this recipe came just for me at just the right time! 🙂 I happened to have all the ingredients on hand when I reviewed the recipe (minus the fresh dill but I just used the dried dill weed sub).
