Just like the tropical poolside drink – only legal for breakfasts and mid-afternoon breaks at work.

Ingredients

  • ½  – ¾ cup coconut water
  • ¼ medium avocado
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • ½ medium cucumber with peel
  • 1 lime, peel cut away
  • ½ small orange, peel cut away (optional; adds more sweetness)
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 Tbsp. hemp seeds (optional)
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides (optional – omit for vegan-friendly)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
