Ingredients
- 5 cups raw mixed nuts (cashews, almonds, pecans, walnuts)
- 1/3 cup Thrive Culinary Algae Oil
- 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast (optional)
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. dried dill
- 1 tsp. dried chives
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. sea salt
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 325º F.
- In a small bowl combine the algae oil and seasonings and mix well to combine.
- Add the mixed nuts to a large pan. Drizzle with the seasoned oil and toss so that all of the nuts are coated.
- Roast in the oven for 20 minutes stirring every 5 minutes to prevent burning.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool on pan.
- Store cooled nuts in a sealed container or mason jar for up to 4 weeks.
