Ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup vanilla low-fat or full-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- Foods for dipping: Berries, grapes, and other fresh fruit, graham crackers, and/or pretzels
Instructions
- In the bowl of a stand mixer (or use a medium bowl and a handheld mixer), place the softened cream cheese. Mix on medium-low speed until smooth.
- Add the yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon to the bowl. Continue to mix until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds more.
- Serve with a variety of dippers, such as berries, grapes, and cut-up fruit pieces, pretzels, graham crackers, and more.
- Store leftover dip in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Stir again before serving.
Notes
Optional: Mix in a scoop of vanilla protein powder for extra protein.
For a lighter version, use Neufchâtel cheese (⅓ less-fat cream cheese) in place of the regular cream cheese.
