+ grass-fed beef or bison + olive oil or avocado oil + mixed vegetables + spinach + almond flour + creamy ranch dressing + garlic powder + dried herbs + salt + pepper

INGREDIENTS

In a skillet over medium-high heat, add the oil, vegetables, and spinach. Saute until tender.

STEP 1:

In a medium bowl combine all of the ingredients including sauteed vegetables. Mix well. Form into 18-20 meatballs.

STEP 2:

Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 375 for 12-15 minutes.

STEP 3:

Serve the meatballs. Or let them cool and divide into containers for meal prepped lunches and dinners.

STEP 4:

Can serve as an appetizer recipe with a small bowl of homemade ranch dressing for dipping.

STEP 5:
