SLOW COOKER PORK ROAST

- boneless pork shoulder - garlic powder - onion powder - dried rosemary - paprika - dried thyme - salt & pepper - avocado oil - onion - chicken broth - white wine - garlic cloves - Dijon mustard - baby potatoes - carrots - Fresh herbs - cornstarch

INGREDIENTS

Pat pork shoulder with paper towel. Mix together all spices. Rub onto pork shoulder.

STEP 1:

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add oil and pork. Sear for 2 minutes on each side.

STEP 2:

Place onions in bottom of slow cooker. Place pork on top of onions. Deglaze skillet with adding broth, wine, and garlic to skillet.

STEP 3:

Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in mustard then pour liquid over the pork in the slow cooker.

STEP 4:

Top the pork with the potatoes and carrots. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and fresh herb bundle. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

STEP 5:

With this easy slow cooker recipe, you get a complete dinner in one, including juicy fall-apart tender pork roast, yellow potatoes and roasted carrots with an herb gravy.
