INGREDIENTS

Make the marinade by whisking together the oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper. Set aside 2 tablespoons. 

STEP 1:

Place the salmon in a shallow dish and pour half the marinade over the salmon. 

STEP 2:

Prep the vegetables, place on a baking sheet, drizzle with other half of the marinade. Bake the sweet potatoes for 10 minutes. 

STEP 3:

Add the green beans and onions and bake for an additional 5 minutes. 

STEP 4:

Add the salmon fillets to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve.
