INGREDIENTS

Bake the tots according to package. Heat oil in large skillet, add peppers and cook for 2 minutes. Add onion and cook for 10 minutes.

STEP 1:

Add the salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir in whisked eggs and continue to scramble eggs. Add the ham and heat through.

STEP 2:

In a tortilla, add 2/3 cup egg-ham mixture, add 4 tots and 1 tablespoon shredded cheese. Wrap the burrito up.

STEP 3:

Continue this process all 12 breakfast burritos are wrapped.

STEP 4:

To freeze, wrap the burrito in foil, label each, then freeze for up to 3 months.
