INGREDIENTS

In a mixing bowl, combine all cornbread muffin ingredients, stir well.

STEP 1:

Divide the batter evenly among each of the prepared muffin cups filling each 3/4 full with batter.

STEP 2:

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

STEP 3:

Remove muffins from oven, let cool for 5 minutes before removing and serving.
