+ chicken breast, cooked & shredded + spaghetti squash + celery ribs + green onions + red bell pepper + Mild Buffalo Sauce or our Homemade Buffalo Sauce OPTIONAL: + Homemade Ranch Dressing + crumbled blue cheese

INGREDIENTS

Bake the spaghetti squash. Cut in half, lengthwise. Scoop seeds and strings from inside. Place cut-side down on baking sheet. Bake 30-40 minutes.

STEP 1:

While squash is cooking, cook and shred the chicken using your preferred method. 

STEP 2:

Place the squash shreds, cooked chicken, celery, onions, peppers, and buffalo sauce in large bowl. Toss until well coated.

STEP 3:

Spoon the mixture into the squash shells.  Return the stuffed shells to the baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes.

STEP 4:

Top with creamy ranch dressing and blue cheese crumbles if desires.

Step 5:

Make this creamy ranch dressing to drizzle on top!
