- frozen wild blueberries, thawed - juice of limes - honey or agave nectar (for vegan) - fresh mint leaves - crushed ice - white rum - lime flavored sparkling water

INGREDIENTS

To a blender add the thawed wild blueberries and their juice. Puree until juice consistency.

STEP 1:

Add the lime juice and honey to the blueberry puree and blend again.

STEP 2:

Divide the lint leaves among 4 tall skinny glasses. With end of wooden spoon or muddler, muddle the mint.

STEP 3:

Divide blueberry puree among glasses, add crushed ice, then the rum, finish with sparkling water.

STEP 4:

Stir each glass with a spoon then garnish with fresh sprig of mint. Serve cold.
