+ broccoli + cauliflower + apple + celery + red onion + dried cranberries + walnuts + Lemon Garlic Dressing + mayo + fresh thyme + salt & pepper

INGREDIENTS

In a small bowl whisk together the lemon dressing, mayo, and fresh thyme. Season with salt and pepper.

STEP 1:

In a large bowl add all salad ingredients. Toss with dressing until evenly coated.

STEP 2:

Let salad sit in fridge for 30 minutes to allow veggies to marinate in the dressing. Then serve!

STEP 3:

For homemade Lemon Garlic Dressing: whisk together - olive oil - lemon juice - garlic - lemon zest - sea salt - black pepper

STEP 4:

Keep leftovers in airtight container in fridge for up to 5 days. 

STEP 5:
