3-ingredient peanut butter bites

+ rolled oats or quick oats + natural peanut butter + honey or maple syrup NOTES: Use certified gluten-free oats if needed Use maple syrup for vegan

INGREDIENTS

Add the oats to a food processor or blender and blend until oats reach a flour consistency.

STEP 1:

Add the creamy peanut butter and maple syrup (or honey).

STEP 2:

Process the ingredients until a dough ball forms. May need to scrape sides once or twice.

STEP 3:

Roll into round bites - about a scant tablespoon per bite. Will make 20-24 bites.

STEP 4:

Made in less than 15 minutes, these bites are a wholesome, make-ahead snack option!
