Puree thawed wild blueberries with their juice in a high-speed blender, then blend again with lime juice and honey.

Muddle mint leaves in four glasses, add 3 tablespoons of the blueberry puree to each, and fill with crushed ice until two-thirds full.

Add rum and top with sparkling water, stirring well, and garnish with fresh mint, additional blueberries, or a lime slice.
