2 lbs ground turkey 2 cups shredded zucchini 2 tsp Italian seasoning 2 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp sea salt 1/2 tsp black pepper
Spread the shredded zucchini out on doubled paper towel. Top with more paper towel and press down to absorb water.
Add the zucchini to a mixing bowl with rest of meatball ingredients.
Form into 28 golf ball-sized meatballs and place on baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve as is or toss with your favorite marinara sauce.
