INGREDIENTS

Gently combine the crust ingredients until crumbly. Then knead the dough until a ball forms. Press the dough into a parchment-lined baking dish. Bake for 5 minutes.

STEP 1:

Mix together the filling ingredients. Pour over the par-baked crust. Bake for 30 minutes.

STEP 2:

Let the bars cool for 15 minutes. Gently lift the parchment paper from the pan, lifting the bars smoothly out. Cut into 16 squares.

STEP 3:

Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

STEP 4:

Top with our homemade Lemon-Infused Whipped Cream. + heavy whipping cream + zest of lemon + powdered sugar
