Gently combine the crust ingredients until crumbly. Then knead the dough until a ball forms. Press the dough into a parchment-lined baking dish. Bake for 5 minutes.
Mix together the filling ingredients. Pour over the par-baked crust. Bake for 30 minutes.
Let the bars cool for 15 minutes. Gently lift the parchment paper from the pan, lifting the bars smoothly out. Cut into 16 squares.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
