For the Filling: ground beef or lamb carrots green pepper yellow onion mushrooms garlic tomato paste chili powder dried rosemary salt and pepper
For Sweet Potato Topping: sweet potatoes butter (ghee or coconut oil) chili powder fine salt Bake the sweet potatoes for 45-60 minutes until tender. Peel and mash the sweet potatoes, add in remaining ingredients.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, sauté the beef, carrots, green pepper, onion, mushrooms, and garlic. Cook until carrots are tender.
Once carrots are soft, add in tomato paste, chili powder, rosemary, salt, pepper, and water.
Evenly spread the meat mixture in the skillet. Top with the mashed sweet potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and chili powder, bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve.
