+ Brussels sprouts + shallot + cooked bacon + Deglet Noor dates + smoked almonds + lemon + orange + garlic + avocado oil + dried thyme + salt

INGREDIENTS

Combine lemon zest and juice, orange, date, garlic, avocado oil, salt, and dried thyme in food processor. Blend until emulsified. Set in fridge.

STEP 1:

Place shredded Brussels sprouts in large bowl. Add shallots, bacon, and chopped dates. Toss together.

STEP 2:

Pour dressing over salad and toss again. Add almonds just before serving and toss well to combine. 

STEP 3:

This slaw will keep for 2-3 days in the fridge!
