+ gluten free pasta + baby spinach + berries of choice + green onion + red onion + cooked, shredded chicken + sliced almonds + dried cranberries + fresh basil

INGREDIENTS

FOR THE DRESSING: + mayonnaise + apple cider vinegar + lemon juice + honey + olive oil + poppy seeds + salt & pepper to taste

INGREDIENTS

In a large bowl, combine the salad ingredients. Gently mix together so the berries stay in good shape. 

STEP 1:

Whisk together the dressing ingredients and pour over the salad ingredients. 

STEP 2:

Serve right away or place in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Tossing gently just before serving. 

STEP 3:

Add toasted almonds for a little crunch and extra flavor.

STEP 4:

Bow tie pasta, tender chicken, sweet berries, fresh basil, toasted almonds, and baby spinach are tossed together in a honey poppy seed dressing for a delicious pasta salad to serve for lunch.
