For the Kebabs - Sirloin steak - red onion - bell peppers

INGREDIENTS

For the Marinade - tamari or soy sauce (use coconut aminos for Whole30) - red wine vinegar - Worcestershire sauce - garlic powder - dried Italian seasoning - black pepper

INGREDIENTS

Cut steak into 1-inch cubes. Add to a shallow bowl and set aside. Whisk together marinade ingredients, add to bowl of steak cubes.

STEP 1:

Assemble kebabs by threading the steak, onions, and bell peppers onto skewers.

STEP 2:

Place kebabs directly on grate of preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until degree of doneness.

STEP 3:

Serve right away with side salad if desired.
