For the Sheet Pan: - unsalted butter - boneless pork chops - brown sugar - smoked paprika - dried thyme - garlic powder - onion powder - salt & pepper - dried ground sage - olive oil - new potatoes - fresh green beans

INGREDIENTS

For the Honey Mustard: - Dijon mustard - mayo - honey - coconut aminos - garlic powder - fine salt & pepper

INGREDIENTS

In a bowl mix the seasonings. Toss potatoes with oil and 1 teaspoon of rub. Arrange potatoes cut-side down on baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.

STEP 1:

Rub the remaining spice rub mixture onto pork chops. Trim ends of green beans and toss with 1 teaspoon oil and pinch of salt.

STEP 2:

Remove baking sheet from oven, push potatoes to one side. Add pork chops to center of pan, green beans to other side.

STEP 3:

Bake an additional 10 minutes or until pork chops register 145°F with meat thermometer.

STEP 4:

Serve with a drizzle of honey mustard sauce and chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
