+ frozen cauliflower gnocchi or gluten-free gnocchi + smoked kielbasa + bell peppers + red onion + cherry tomatoes + garlic cloves + olive oil + fresh rosemary + fresh basil + shredded parmesan + salt & pepper + baby spinach

INGREDIENTS

Place gnocchi, peppers, onions, tomatoes, and garlic on baking sheet. Toss with olive oil.

STEP 1:

Place kielbasa on top of vegetable mixture. Add rosemary on top. Bake for 25 minutes.

STEP 2:

Remove from oven, add baby spinach (don't stir). Bake for 2 additional minutes. 

STEP 3:

Remove from the oven, season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with basil and parmesan (omit for dairy-free).

STEP 4:

Serve this sheet pan meal and enjoy!
