Place gnocchi, peppers, onions, tomatoes, and garlic on baking sheet. Toss with olive oil.
Place kielbasa on top of vegetable mixture. Add rosemary on top. Bake for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven, add baby spinach (don't stir). Bake for 2 additional minutes.
Remove from the oven, season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with basil and parmesan (omit for dairy-free).
