-1 lb. salmon fillets -3/4 cup Caesar Dressing + more for tossing greens -1 1/3 cups cooked brown rice or quinoa -7 cups chopped romaine  -3/4 cup sliced radishes -1 avocado, sliced -1/2 cup parmesan cheese -1/2 cup crunchy chickpeas -1 lemon

LET'S COOK!

Prepare the salmon by marinating for 15 minutes in Caesar Dressing.

Then bake in the oven set at 425℉ for 9-12 minutes. While salmon is in the oven, prepare the salad. Toss in about 1/4 cup dressing.

Assemble the bowls. Start with the dressed salad, top with brown rice, salmon, avocado, parmesan, crispy chickpeas, lemon juice and additional dressing.
