One pan Rigatoni Recipe

- avocado oil - ground turkey - garlic cloves - Italian seasoning - fennel seeds - ground sage - salt & pepper - red pepper flakes - zucchini - vodka sauce - water or chicken broth - fresh spinach

INGREDIENTS

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the oil. Add the ground turkey, garlic and seasonings. Cook and stir for 6-8 minutes.

STEP 1:

Add the zucchini, uncooked pasta, vodka sauce, and liquid (water or broth). Stir together, cover and cook for 10-15 minutes.

STEP 2:

After 10 minutes, test pasta for doneness. Add spinach and cook 1 minute more until wilted.

STEP 3:

Remove from heat and serve. Top with shaved Parmesan and fresh herbs if desired.

STEP 4:

This 30 minute meal of Rigatoni is satisfying in every way and includes well-rounded nutrition in a family-favorite pasta dinner.
