Pumpkin chocolate chip cookies

- butter - brown sugar - cane sugar - egg - pumpkin puree - vanilla - gluten free flour blend - quick cooking oats - baking powder - baking soda - pumpkin pie spice - cinnamon - fine salt - chocolate chips

INGREDIENTS

In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and cane sugar using a hand mixer.

STEP 1:

Add the egg, pumpkin puree, and vanilla extract. Mix on medium speed until combined.

STEP 2:

Add the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and fine salt to the bowl. Stir together.

STEP 3:

Using a spatula, fold in the chocolate chips. Chill the batter for 20 minutes.

STEP 4:

Bake one sheet a time for 8-10 minutes or until the cookies are lightly golden brown on edges. Remove from the oven. Let cool then serve.

STEP 5:

These Oatmeal Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies are flavored with sweet pumpkin and cinnamon and loaded with chocolate chips.
