STEP 1: With a sharp knife, cut squash in half lengthwise. Scoop out seeds and slice
TIP: if squash is real hard, pierce and microwave just until tender enough to cut.
STEP 2: Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and toss to coat the squash.
STEP 3: Transfer squash to a baking sheet. Press parmesan cheese gently into squash. Bake at 400℉ for 25-30 minutes.
