- natural creamy peanut butter - coconut oil - maple syrup or honey - pure vanilla extract - old fashioned oats - unsweetened shredded coconut - protein powder of choice - chia seeds - fine salt - mini chocolate chips

INGREDIENTS

In a bowl, combine the oats, coconut flakes, ground flaxseed, protein powder, chia seeds, and pinch of salt.

STEP 1:

Add the peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla. Stir with a spoon or clean hands. Mix in chocolate chips.

STEP 2:

Roll dough into 26-28 small round protein bites. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

STEP 3:

Place rolled out no bake protein energy bites in a freezer-friendly container and freeze for up to 3 months.
