+ fresh spinach + milk of choice + ice + avocado + banana + mint extract or fresh mint + cacao nibs or mini chocolate chips Optional: + collagen peptides  + plant-based protein

INGREDIENTS

In a high speed blender, place the spinach, milk, ice, avocado, banana, mint, and collagen or protein powder if using.

STEP 1:

Blend on high for 60-seconds or until well blended and creamy. 

STEP 2:

Optional: add the cacao nibs or chocolate chips, pulse for 10 seconds. Pour into two glasses and top with a few cacao nibs.

STEP 3:

For an extra special milkshake, top with whipped cream and fresh mint sprigs. 

STEP 4:

Serve right away for a nutrient-dense breakfast or snack.
