- lean ground beef - bbq sauce of choice - garlic powder - onion powder - dried thyme - salt & pepper - Brussels sprouts - sweet potatoes - garlic cloves - olive oil

INGREDIENTS

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line sheet pan with parchment paper. Place sweet potato cubes, Brussels sprouts and garlic on sheet pan.

STEP 1:

Bake in oven for 15 minutes. While baking, mix ground beef with sauce, garlic and onion powders, thyme, salt and pepper.

STEP 2:

Divide meat into 4 portions. Shape each into a football shape about 3/4-inch thick. Set aside.

STEP 3:

Remove sheet pan from oven. Make space in center of pan and place mini meatloaves on sheet pan. Brush bbq sauce on top.

STEP 4:

Return sheet pan to oven and bake for additional 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
