- avocado oil - sweet onion - garlic cloves - head of cauliflower - chicken broth - fresh thyme - fresh rosemary - whole milk - sharp cheddar cheese - kale - crisp cooked bacon - fresh chives and parsley

INGREDIENTS

To a large pot add the oil and onions; sauté for 5-7 minutes. Add garlic cook another 30 seconds. Add cauliflower, broth, thyme and rosemary.

STEP 1:

Stir and heat to medium-low, cover and cook 20-25 minutes.

STEP 2:

Remove half the cauliflower-broth mixture and blend until smooth. Add back to pot along with milk.

STEP 3:

Add the fresh kale and cheese, stir. Heat over low heat for 3-5 minutes to wilt the kale. Add bacon and fresh herbs.

STEP 4:
