Korean-inspired ground beef bowls

30-MINUTE DINNER RECIPE!

+ ground beef + coconut aminos + toasted sesame oil + honey + rice vinegar + garlic cloves + crushed red pepper + ground ginger + green onions

INGREDIENTS

+ cooked rice of choice + sesame seeds + cucumber + radishes + carrots + sriracha (optional)

FOR SERVING

Place skillet over medium-high heat on stovetop. Add ground beef, while browning break into small pieces with wooden spoon.

STEP 1:

In a small bowl, whisk together coconut aminos, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, red pepper flakes, and ginger.

STEP 2:

Add the sauce and light green and white parts of green onions to ground beef. Stir and cook an additional 1-2 minutes. 

STEP 3:

Remove from heat, serve over cooked rice with cucumber, radish, and carrot. Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.

STEP 4:
