LET'S COOK: Season beef with salt and pepper. In the Instant Pot, sear beef using the sauté setting. TIP: For a budget-friendly option choose chuck roast over brisket.
Make the sauce. Combine all of the sauce ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Time to cook. Pour the sauce over the beef. Cook on high pressure for 75 minutes. Shred the beef and toss with juices. Serve and enjoy!
