Honey glazed salmon

- wild-caught salmon filets - coconut aminos - pure honey - garlic cloves - Fresh lemon juice - asparagus - avocado oil - salt & pepper - lemon wedges - cornstarch + water - green onions

INGREDIENTS

In a bowl, combine coconut aminos, honey, garlic & lemon juice. Pour half mixture over salmon in bowl. Marinate for few minutes to 4 hours.

STEP 1:

Toss asparagus with oil, salt, and pepper. Spread asparagus onto baking sheet, nestle salmon filets in, add lemon wedges.

STEP 2:

Bake for 10 minutes. While baking, place remaining sauce mixture into saucepan. Bring to simmer.

STEP 3:

Whisk in the cornstarch + water mixtures. Whisk constantly for 2-3 minutes or until liquid thickens.

STEP 4:

Remove baking sheet from oven, Brush glaze over salmon, broil for 1-2 minutes or until glaze turns golden.

STEP 5:

A delicious salmon dinner with glaze!
