+ pecan halves + maple syrup + cinnamon + ginger + cloves + nutmeg + cardamom + fine salt
Place pecans in a large bowl and mix in maple syrup until coated.
Add the spices, toss to evenly coat.
Place the coated pecans on a parchment-covered baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring nuts every 5 minutes. Cool then break apart pecans as some may stick together.
Optional: sprinkle with sea salt flakes for a little extra sweet and salty flavor.
