HEALTHY SHAMROCK SHAKE
MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP
– 1 handful spinach – 8 oz. milk of choice – 1 cup ice – ½ avocado – 1 medium banana , frozen – ¼ cup fresh mint leaves – 2 Tbsp. chocolate chips – Optional: 2-3 Tbsp. protein of choice
Add the spinach, milk, ice, avocado, banana, mint, and optional protein powder to a blender.
Blend on high for 60-seconds or until well blended and creamy.
Pour into glasses.
Top with whipped topping, a few mini chocolate chips and and/or fresh mint.
