+ hard boiled eggs, peeled + plain Greek yogurt + yellow mustard + coconut aminos + garlic powder + sea salt & pepper + smoked paprika (optional)

INGREDIENTS

Slice the hard boiled eggs in half. Remove the yolks and place them in a food processor.

STEP 1:

Add the yogurt, mustard, coconut aminos, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Process until smooth.

STEP 2:

Transfer the yolk filling into a piping bag and fill each egg white half. Sprinkle with smoked paprika if desired.

STEP 3:

Serve when ready. Keep leftovers in a covered container for up to 3 days.
