INGREDIENTS

Melt the chocolate, then pour it into the whisked egg, sugar, and oil mixture.

STEP 1:

Add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Sift in the cocoa powder.

STEP 2:

Whisk it all together until it's smooth.

STEP 3:

Scoop out small amounts (1 tablespoon) and place on parchment-lined baking sheets. Form into round mounds with fingers. Sprinkle with crushed peppermints.

STEP 4:

Bake for 12 -14 minutes. The tops will still be doughy/wet...will set while cooling.
