+ unsalted butter (use plant-based for dairy-free) + cane sugar + brown sugar + egg + vanilla + gluten-free flour blend + baking soda + baking powder + fine salt + rainbow sprinkles

INGREDIENTS

In a bowl, cream together butter, cane sugar, brown sugar. Add the egg and vanilla, stir until combined. 

STEP 1:

Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Stir. Fold in the sprinkles. Cover and chill dough for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

STEP 2:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Scoop out dough in 1 1/2 tablespoon-sized balls and place on baking sheet. Sprinkle with extra sprinkles, press in slightly.

STEP 3:

Bake for 12-14 minutes or until light golden brown on bottom and edges. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from baking sheet. 

STEP 4:

Serve slightly warm or let cool and place in an airtight container. Will keep for up to 5-7 days. Freeze for up to 3 months.
