Taco Meat: + ground beef + taco seasoning + tomato paste + water + salt & pepper
Salsa Ranch: + salsa of choice + sour cream + ranch of choice (homemade is great!)
Weeknight dinners hardly get any easier than this! With just 20 minutes you can put a meal on the table for a crowd or have enough for leftovers later in the week.
Place a skillet over med-high heat. Add ground beef. Break up meat using spoon/spatula. Cook for 7-9 minutes or until cooked through.
Reduce heat to medium. Add taco seasoning, tomato paste, and water. Stir to combine. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until hot.
Prepare Salsa Ranch: In a bowl, stir together salsa, sour cream, and ranch dressing.
To assemble taco bowls use any of these options: + shredded lettuce + tortilla chips + diced tomatoes + black olives + shredded cheddar cheese + quick-pickled onions + avocado + fresh cilantro
