+ apples + cinnamon + nutmeg + old-fashioned rolled oats + gluten-free flour blend + pecans + maple syrup + unsalted butter + vanilla + sea salt

INGREDIENTS

Cut apples in half. Place apples cut side up in baking dish.

STEP 1:

Sprinkle apples with cinnamon.

STEP 2:

In a bowl, combine oats, flour, pecans, maple syrup, butter, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

STEP 3:

Stir to make a crumble.

STEP 4:

Divide the crumble evenly over the apples.

STEP 5:

Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover, bake another 20 minutes, or until golden brown.

STEP 6:

Serve apples with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for a fall dessert. Serve with yogurt for a healthy breakfast!
