INGREDIENTS

In a small bowl, combine pineapple, coconut aminos, lime juice, ginger, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Stir until well mixed.

STEP 1:

Place chicken breasts, thighs, onion, and garlic in slow cooker. Pour pineapple mixture over the top.

STEP 2:

Cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 3 hours (until chicken is cooked through). Remove from crockpot and shred chicken. Return to slow cooker to soak up juices. 

STEP 3:

To make wraps you'll need: + Swiss chard leaves + avocado slices + shredded carrots + shredded purple cabbage + green onions + sliced almonds + fresh cilantro
