– 1 ¾ – 2 lbs. small baby red potatoes, halved – 3 tablespoon ghee or butter – 2 teaspoons dried dill – 1 teaspoon dried parsley – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – ½ teaspoon onion powder – ½ teaspoon fine salt – ¼ teaspoon black pepper - Ranch Dressing

INGREDIENTS

In a small bowl mix together the ghee or butter, dill, parsley or chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.

STEP 1:

Pour herb mixture into baking dish. Place potato halves, cut side down in baking dish.

STEP 2:

Brush herb mixture onto tops of potato halves. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until potatoes are crispy.

STEP 3:

Remove from oven, turn over with spatula. Serve with ranch dressing for dipping.
