+ chicken wings + baking powder + salt For the Sauce: + ghee or butter + hot pepper sauce (Frank's) + apple cider vinegar + garlic powder + paprika + salt + pinch of cayenne

INGREDIENTS

Place chicken wings in large bowl and toss with baking powder and salt. Arrange chicken on foil-lined baking sheet. Cook for 30 minutes at 250 degrees.

STEP 1:

Increase oven temperature to 425 degrees and continue to cook for another 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, rotate the pan and cook 20 minutes more or until chicken is lightly browned.

STEP 2:

Mix the sauce ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken and gently toss to evenly coat in buffalo sauce.

STEP 3:

Serve the buffalo wings with a side of homemade ranch dressing.
