- almond flour - gluten free flour - baking soda - baking powder - cane sugar - eggs - extra virgin olive oil - apple cider vinegar - fresh orange juice - orange zest - fresh cranberries
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, gluten-free flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cane sugar.
Add the eggs, olive oil and apple cider vinegar and mix well. Add the orange juice and zest and mix into the batter.
Fold in the fresh cranberries. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan . Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Make the simple glaze: - powdered sugar - orange juice - orange zest - melted butter
Drizzle glaze over top of cake and garnish with sugared cranberries and fresh rosemary if desired.
