SWEET POTATO WEDGES: Toss sweet potato wedges with oil, garlic powder, and chili powder. Arrange in single layer on baking sheet and bake for 25-35 minutes.
While sweet potatoes bake, prep the rest of the ingredients. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Break into small pieces. Season with salt & pepper.
Make the Special Sauce Stir together all special sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.
